EveryReply is operated by 8x Social, Inc. If you have connected an Instagram professional account, we hold data about that account and about the people who commented on your posts or messaged you. This page explains how to have all of it deleted.
Whichever route you pick, deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account or its message history afterwards.
This is the fastest route and removes everything.
Your access tokens are revoked immediately. Your profile, automations, templates, contacts, conversations, and every record received from Meta are erased from our production systems and from backups within 30 days.
Use this if you want to keep your EveryReply account but remove one connected Instagram account.
The access token is deleted immediately and we stop receiving anything about that account. The comments, messages, and contacts tied to it are deleted within 90 days.
You can revoke our access from Meta’s own settings, and send us a deletion request at the same time.
Meta passes the request to us with the identifier for your account. We delete the matching data within 30 days.
If you have lost access to your account, or you are one of the people who messaged a business using EveryReply and want your record removed, email privacy@8x.social with the subject “Data deletion request”.
If you have lost access to the mailbox on the account, write to support@8x.social instead and we will verify you another way.
Include the email address on the EveryReply account, or the Instagram username involved, so we can find the right records. We may ask one follow-up question to confirm it is you. We acknowledge within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email when it is done.
We retain invoices and payment records for as long as tax law requires, and we keep a minimal record that a deletion request was made and honoured. Neither contains data received from Meta. If we ever have to refuse a deletion request, we will tell you why in writing.
Our privacy policy sets out exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.
